Street Captains represent their street and facilitate
communication between the Association and the Owners/Renters on their
street. It is the responsibility of the Street Captain to deliver the
newsletter to every house on their assigned street in a timely manner.
In case one of residents did not mail in their
voluntary $25 assessment fee, a personal visit is made to attempt to
collect the fee. Most just forget to mail them in. Collected assessments
are turned into either the Treasurer or the Street Captain Coordinator.
The Captains also deliver a 'Welcome Packet" to new
neighbors; at the same time requesting some personal information. They
need to advise the newcomers to read and become familiar with the Deed
Restrictions and Trash Pickup Times. The Deed Restrictions apply
both to owners or renters of the residence.
